Cancellation Policy
Because your time has been reserved exclusively for you, all appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice (or no-show appointments) will be charged 50% of the service you requested. We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 days before the beginning of your appointment. Understandably, this will be waived if you are ill, and are too sick to make your appointment.
Changing Appointments
To move or cancel an existing appointment, please refer to your original confirmation goldpop email. Scroll down and there will be a Reschedule or Cancel option. Or simply make another appointment, and let me know in the Notes, that you would like the original appointment cancelled.
